Some slight criticisms. There doesn't appear to be any wall ties. The insulation doesn't look thick enough. It looks like they are using the timber for the roof to stand on for the brick laying.

The NSC inspectors have established that there are wall ties and the recommended insulation so far. Due to the nature of the covert web cam, there are rarely people in the shot, so inspector not sighted.

I hope they have closed or are going to close the gap between the roof boards and the fascia board before they put the felt (or whatever) on. I have experience with flat roofs. No matter how deep the felt, water will get into that gap if it's left. Should make a cracking roof terrace though. Have they got access from the upper floors? French doors or something?
