Will there be hospitality available, or only general sale tickets available?

Access is going to be an issue isn't it? That gate isn't the widest, and it's got to cope with everyone coming in AND out? Someone get Lewes District Council on the case...

The lack of external lighting is a concern, obviously no plans for evening concerts.

Yes but Phase 2 will run far more smoothly once the post Phase 1 project implementation review and Key Performance Indicators have been established . What is the forecast outtrn cost on a £/m2 net useable area? Maybe you could implement a pain/gain share for Phase 2?

I think the 1901 lot will go in through the front door, so that relieves the pressure. It's the rest of us plebs that go through that narrow gate. Still, by the time it opens, only the 1901 lot will be able to afford to go. Simples.
