"Making" an indecent image of a child has quite a broad interpretation and it can include simply openening an email attachment, which seems a bit harsh as how do you know the attachment contains child porn unless you open it.

Presumably to establish guilt it would have to come with a prior warning as in "Please find attached...." so there was evidence that you had prior knowledge of what it was you were opening, or if not evidence that the image had been solicited by you..

From the above link of the CPS website...

“To make” has been widely interpreted by the courts and can include the following:
  • opening an attachment to an email containing an image: R v Smith; R v Jayson [2003] 1 Cr. App. R. 13
Sadly Trumplestiltskin won't fall under CPS jurisdiction

No, it's anyone with morals, who can spot an appalling human a mile off and who find him a lying, misogynistic, boorish criminal with no redeeming features whatsoever.

And yet when I posted that it was Biden not Trump who was suffering Dementia and wouldn't be in the next election all I got was laughter smilies. And yet I'm supposed to believe you and other can spot morals, lies etc when you cant even ID dementia?

This is the same tactic they like to roll out against black candidates. Trying to deny they are "black". They tried it with Obama too, due to his white mother.
Personally I find this an odd comment. I'm a white male and my brother married a black girl from Zim. I don't consider my niece and nephew as black I consider them as mixed heritage.

It varies by country and can evolve over a short timespan. I have these debates with my very pc daughter. She picks me on what she says is using the slightly wrong description for say a black American politician, then I point it’s what CNN/Democrats are using themselves just now.

Insane nonsense bollocks. Just verbal diarrhoea. Word salad. Meaningless waffle.

Amazing on the very rare occasions you get to see him in front of neutrals, their reactions and laughter remind you “oh yeah, this guy is genuinely unhinged.”

He said that “I’m hearing 16, 17 million immigrants coming over, it’s an invasion, but I actually think it’s a LOT more”.

A LOT more than 17 million coming over.

Net migration over the last 3 years - 1.4million.

He’s nowhere near reality. Not even able to see it on the horizon. I don’t think he cares anymore.

Donald Trump agreed to an interview with the National Association of Black Journalists (NABJ), this is how it started:

It didn't get any better from there...

Must say his ear looks fine doesn't it. Where is the 2cm chunk missing from?

As long as its democratic its good. Authoritarian dictatorship not so good.

So what do you call a party that is talking about stacking the Supreme Court, redistricting the Senate as its "To rural", importing 8 million illegal immigrants/voters worth 14 seats with congressional redistricting in 2030 as well as extra electoral college votes?

Obama held off appointing to the Supreme Court just before his term came to an end - as is the convention.

Trump did exactly the opposite.

Which party has stacked the Supreme Court?
