one team may have to drop out of group B

Are there any other potential teams out there that want to play?

Are there any players that still want to play to make up a team on the day?

Or solution is Group B will only be made up of 5 teams

PM me or leave a message here!!

Brett. If there's only 5 teams in Group B on the day. We should increase Group B matches to 10 minutes a half, thus ensuring Group B Winners / Runners Up, have played the same amount of time as Group A Winners / Runners Up.

Whilst I appreciate this may mean the fixtures list is muddled up, it would be fairer.

I think there will be a good chance, on the day, that there will be enough spare players to make up another team. I've got 12 players in my squad at the moment...

Blimey. You do realise "Maximum Squad Size is NINE"?

At the moment it is disaster

trophies and medals have not turned up and two teams have dropped out of group A

that leaves 4 teams in group a and 6 in group b

I have been in pub since 11am and still in pub. Will sort when I get home, guess it means move one team to group A and have 5 in each group

No idea how to sort the fixtures

Border country.East Preston.
It looks like I'll be wandering along, but without a team this time. I'll have some kit with me if anyone is really desperate.

There'll be room in Wormwood Warriors. We're having problems.Massively decimated by w@nkers dropping like flies.

it's not fairer on the less ability sides, as the better sides have longer to break the deadlock, there is a reduced chance of an upset!!

Brett, check back in 10 minutes. Just putting something together re:fixtures, that should help lots.

The proposed fixtures list will mean matches are 20 minutes long (10 minutes a half with instant turnaround). There will be 10 minutes between games to arrange referee's, etc.

The fixture list means every team will always have at least one match inbetween playing.

With this arrangement we should finish 10 minutes earlier than the previous fixture list. Alternatively, we could use those spare 10 minutes to have a little longer break before the final/playoff matches.

I'm happy to give each team a random number, and ask people to say a number. But given I'm a team captain. may be a better idea for you (or someone mutual) to do this. Not that I'd cheat!

I've checked and double checked this and think it will work. The only potential arguement is that Team 5 get longer breaks most the time, but that can't really be helped. You could say this is advantage is weakened by playing first and last.

What does everyone think?
