The poor woman (she has to be pitied) cannot even do basic maths.
A tuppenny ha'penny team which struggles to stay where it is, let alone rise up the league, must have more than two ha'pennies to rub together as tuppennce ha'penny makes 5 ha'pennies.
I sat at work seething over the ignorance of that and another letter from the chaplain at Sussex Uni further up the page (22,000 fans and their vehicles)
