[Albion] That Stacking Mechanism At Set Pieces?

Brighton / Hove actually
I'd think about it like this. If you were a defender, and you knew you had to mark a particular player at a corner, and you saw them lining up like that, what counter-measures would you produce to try to defend it?

The only vaguely plausible one that I can think of is go zonal, but that's difficult without a lot of coaching.

We should keep on doing it

6 players holding hands forming half a circle in front of them?

Newmarket.
Looks like Arsenal may have used stacking first.

Did we nick that from somewhere or just invent it?

For those that never saw it yesterday, involves about half a dozen Albion players forming an orderly queue in front of goal before the kick gets taken. Looks pretty hard to defend against, has to be said. Or at least harder than the traditional MELEE

Not sure but it won't work if we can't deliver a decent cross. The win has papered over some of the problems like this one. We have the bigger players but can never seem to our head on the ball when it come in from a corner.
