They forgot to book a coach. No they didn't phone. We had to phone them. They're usually pretty good but not today.

Even the best companies can make mistakes,.
And not everyone is mobile enough to use multiple trains. Many people choose the coach for the door to door service.Trouble is if people didn't have the cash or can't afford the train fare and wait for a reimbursement then they won't be able to go, I feel sorry for all those whose day has been ruined.
