No way will Gus leave Noone out. Noone is one of those exceptionable players that Gus was talking about. That's why Noone got a new contract.

In our healthy position in the league I want to see both of our Man City players,Noone & LauLua on from the start, it should be all over by half time, which gives us a stress free second half and 88min departure for an early bus.

For me, Barnes and Navs need a rest, have played a lot of football recently. Time for Sparrow to return, he was awesome before his sending off. I also think Vicente will only be bench after his exploits Saturday.

Caldy
El Ab
Greer
Mattock
Bridcutt
Sparrow
Razak
Buckley
KKL
CMS

4-5-1 formation.

Bench: Casper, Noone, Vokes, Vincelot, Vicente

But what do I know. I predicted a 2-0 win for the stripes on Saturday.

I don't think this is a game that we will find easy....derby are on a decent run and not that far behind us.

Btw. Anyone remember arismendi? Was he the south American bloke who stoke payed a fortune for and came to us on loan last year? Anyway he is now at hudds ....seems like he is bobbing around the third division now

He played against Valencia just a couple of weeks back and was apparently the best player on the pitch. Bizarre bloke, clearly got loads of talent but perhaps a bit wasteful of it?

Some interesting team selections here. Given that Barnes is probably the second player most likely to score (behind Vicente) I am suprised he does not even make the bench in some.

Razak had one excellent game followed by two poor ones and there would seem to be issues with him. He is only a youngster and I wonder if he is one to put trust in.

There are so many potential choices, perhaps too many.

We have a thoroughly decent recent home record though. I would settle for 4 points from the next two home games which will keep us in the mix. Derby will be a tough side to play. I feel that we will need to keep it tight for the first half and look to push on and win in the second. That seems to suit our squad and I would expect selection to mirror that.

Looks good and not unrealistic except Barnes probably ahead of LuaLua.

I left him off the bench by accident. I think his best position and Vicente's best position are (sort of) the same, for that reason I would probably not start him on Tesday if it was up to me.

Though CMS is still our top scorer in open play though I think, and Buckley might (or might not I don't know) be behind Vicente in terms of goals per time on the pitch but hes probably got the best of anyone who's played a reasonable amount of games.

Radio Sussex have just said on their sport report that both Dicker and Painter are in contention for a recall for Tuesday, perhaps that is to the bench but then again if they are fit enough for the bench they should be fit enough for a start.

Why are people leaving Assulin out? I want to see him, Razak and Vicente all start.

Assulin has said he is out injured, back for Saturday though.

I guess the team will be:

------------Brez------------

Calde Greer El-Abd Mattock

------Bridcutt Razak--------

Lua Lua --Vicente-- Barnes

------------CMS-----------

Possibly Buckley instead of Lua Lua. Got a funny feeling Dunk may return too.

I personally wouldn't have either in the side at the moment. Mattock is better than Painter I think and Bridcutt/Navarro/Razak are better than Dicker
