-----------------Kuszczak-----------------

Calderon------Greer------Upson------Bridge

---Lopez-----Bridcutt-------Hammond------

---Buckley-----Ulloa-----Vicente----------

Subs: Brezovan, El-Abd, Orlandi, Crofts, Barker, Dunk, LuaLua

Despite Lua Lua having a good game against Palace, he just isn't in Vicente's class, if he's fit he has to play IMO ...

Because today has to be the first time this season, when the team picks itself.

We are playing at home and need a win, sound familiar?

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
We all know the team for tonight, it's up to them to bring it home.

Exactly the same as the last home game, it makes sense!

So Casper in goal & no Bridders starting?

Lua Lua is nowhere near consistent enough. Sounds like he was poor against Forest after a good game against Palace.

No worse than the rest of the midfield were in the first half (if anything he was getting at the more than anyone else), we missed Bridcutt something rotten. Got better in the 2nd half when we had a bit of bite with Hammond coming on

You don't appear to be a fan of his.

Keep the same team from the Palace game - there are goals in this game if we get at them early

Lua Lua is great at home if he has the beating of his full back. If not, it's like playing with 10 men.

Gus will have done his homework. If he doesn't rate the Charlton right back as a quick enough, KLL will start. If he does, he'll just play the one winger (Buckley).

I've got a feeling Vicenti may start tonight. Bring Lua Lua on 2nd half against a tiring defence. Hope the team line up is the same as the OP suggested.

Kuszczak
Calderon ~ Greer ~ Upson ~ Bridge
Lopez ~ Bridcutt ~ Orlandi
Buckley ~ Ulloa ~ Lualua

Bench: Ankergren, Dunk, Painter, Vicente, Barker, Hammond, Crofts

So, the same team as against Palace. On paper we should wreck Charlton but I'm a little cautious.

I've been liking our more attacking line ups recently, and with Bridcutt and Kuszczak hopefully back we could play (in my opinion) our strongest team.

-----------------Kuszczak-----------------

Calderon------Greer------Upson------Bridge

------------------Bridcutt-----------------

Buckley------Lopez-----Vicente------Orlandi

------------------Ulloa---------------------

Subs: Brezovan, El-Abd, Hammond, Crofts, Barker, JFC, LuaLua

This team for me as well. Got a feeling Vicente will be desperate for a game, and that midfield should be able to control the game high up the pitch. Lua Lua on as sub if needed.

VICENTE to come on for the vinegar strokes.

You're right, Stat Brother, it picks itself.

I want to see LuaLua start. He always does well against Charlton. I'd like to see the same team that was fielded against Palace.

Lua Lua wasted in the starting line up IMO.
Would rather see Vicente, also think we should rest either SD or Orlandi.

So. . .

Kuszcack
Calderon - Greer - Upson - Bridge
Bridcutt
Orlandi - Hammond
Buckley Vicente
Ulloa

Although due to playing Saturday and Gus' love of a good tinker. Wouldn't be surprised to see Buckley, Greer, Bridge rested.

Difficult to call, are they going to come out of the blocks and go for it or will they be thinking a point is a good result? On the basis that I think it will be the latter I'd go with the same team v Palarse although may switch Orlandi for Vicente as he needs to start preparing for his big Wembley finale :)

I'd like the same team as v Palarse. I think its still a couple of degrees too cold for Vicente to start plus he takes up too much of Buckleys position
