EXACTLY.

what is the point of geeting in a proven Championship goalscorer like Dobbie if you don't play him in his best position.

My team:

Back 5 as it has been
Buckley, Bridcutt, Crofts, Dicker
Dobbie
CMS

dicker left mid?????? seriously!

Dobbie is nailed on to score at Blackpool as it is his old club and they loved him up there

Barnes has to go !! His first touch is awful !! He can't finish !! His passing stats must be the worst in the squad !! My first season as a season ticket holder and watching regularly , I can't understand how he gets in the squad let alone the starting 11

Ironically, Dobbie has only been a prolific scorer for Blackpool.

Matt Philips seems to be a genuine goal-scoring midfielder.

Don't worry. As you get used to watching regular football you may learn a little and eventually you will understand.

This may just be the game for Dobbin to show what he can do. At the moment he's as useless as the other Swansea reject Harley. No wonder Gus is getting frustrated!

For the record I have my UEFA B coaching qualification, I've been involved in coaching semi pro football for years as well as playing semi pro . Barnes is not good enough at that level and if you think Gus picking him is doing the team any favours your sadly wrong , the others in the squad realise it and team moral will ( if it already hasn't ) drop, there is no justification for picking him ( he must be Pele in training ) and when players keep getting picked who are not deserving the effects on the squad are severe and before long there will be a split in the changing room , Dobbie is the player we need in with CMS , his touch and foot work are good he attacks players , he needs a run in the side in the correct position .

I've learnt you're qualifications and experience matter little to the football philosophy spouted on here.

For the record I have my UEFA B Badge , I've played ,managed and coached at semi pro level for the last 25 years. Keep picking Barnes and it will split the changing room , Dobbie is the way forward and he needs a run in the side in his correct position .

Nothing to do with qualifications , if your not given a chance when it's clear to you and others within a team environment that your better than the other player , tension will build in that team environment and eventually something will give and all the hard work Gus has put in will be destroyed as the changing room splits , Barnes is living off previous seasons and is not currently showing he is capable at this level and must be dropped this Saturday.

do your coaching qualifications really qualify you to make accusations such as that??

Gus's Golden boy Barnes will start, Kuscszak probably won't for questioning and upsetting Golden Boy, Mackail-Smith probably won't for daring to try and take the Penalty instead of Golden Boy, Bridcutt probably won't for not passing to Golden Boy...
