The thing is that in 5 years time, when she is 20, she'll be an adult with an independent mind and wouldn't look at him twice, and he probably realises this. Right now - although she is physically mature - she is still a vulnerable kid, and he has pretty much total control over her. She probably idolises him because of his position of power and maturity, and I'm going to have a guess that she may have some father-daughter relationship issues at home that her teacher/boyfriend makes up for.
Come on home fella, we're one big family here and there's a chicken dansak, popadoms and a garlic naan waiting with your name on it. LOL
I'm in no way trying to put light of what is a very serious issue, but, they were seen holding hands on a flight back from a school trip to Los Angeles!!!
LA! When I was at school we were lucky to get a school trip to Lewes Castle.

So true. My daughter went to New York & Spain when she was at High School as well as lots of daytrips all over the place. Me? A daytrip to the Science Museum & Pevensey Castle was about the extent of it.
I was discussing this with my 14 year old daughter early and she asked what I would do if she ran away with one of her teachers...........my reply was , " well you wouldnt get very far as your passport ran out 6 months ago !!!
Did she say which teacher she would run off with if she had the choice?
Well this is a football message board and I fancy Forrest might be going down.
That's what everyone wants to believe, that he is in some way predatory and controlling her every move. It might be the case, but it might just as easily not be.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to argue the case for him. As a 30 year old I see girls drinking in the pub and think they're too young. I just like to keep an open mind when we don't know all the facts or the individuals involved.
The age thing isn't the major factor here though: it's the fact that he's her teacher, therefore is breaking the law by forming a relationship with her.
If he was just some other random 30yr old dating a 15yr old, the chances are her parents would be pissed but as long as it was consensual on her part, he wouldn't be in too much strife. This is all because he is in a position of responsibility for her, which makes it highly illegal.
