I wonder what someone in a position of power like, say, a Chief Inspector of Schools for England and Wales would make of a teacher carrying on with one of his pupils? I'm sure he would agree that a teacher committing such a terrible breach of trust should be made a pariah, locked up, placed on the Register for life and never work in education again. Or something like that anyway.
