Mixed week for Tarkowski...facing a ban but chosen by Sky Sports as the BEST PL player so far this season not representing the Big Six.
In fact, it might give Seagulls fans some pleasure to know that Tarkowski pipped top penalty-winner Wilfried Zaha into second place
Burnley also had Ben Mee 3rd overall and Nick Pope 6th equal while the Seagulls had Shane Duffy in 9th place.
Based on WhoScored ratings the Top Ten was:
1 Tarkowski (7.40)
2 Zaha (7.26)
3 Mee (7.24)
4 Doucoure (7.22)
5 Maguire (7.21)
6= Schindler (7.19)
6= Pope (7.19)
6= Zouma (7.19)
9 Duffy (7.17)
10 Richarlison (7.16)
Tarkowski beat Zaha to top spot, but guess what? The main photo at the top of the story on Skysports website was.....yes...Zaha.
One consolation for JT when banned.....his impressive rating will stay the same
