Given that the swindon chairman said we did not make an offer the first time it's also technically inaccurate.

Shame. Hopefully we'll have our thumbs in a number of defensive pies.
If Greer wants to travel to a club on the up then he might mention his desire to leave and a sum to buy him agreed.

Clearly Greer has decided he wants to leave, or we would have given up by now.

If he does end up here, that's good. If not, hopefully we've destabilised Swindon's camp a little bit

To be fair, who can blame any player who wants to join Brighton, the lure of playing for the 'Barcalona of League 1' is enough to tempt anyone.

HUGE.

We did make an offer he was just being a twat because it wasn't in writing on club headed paper, signed by the chairman etc etc etc. Because of that he was quoted as saying as far as he was concerned the offer did not exist. It did though and he was just nit picking and throwing his toys out of his pram because we are the bigger club wanting to pinch one of his players.

I guess it depends on the other options for the Central Defensive position Gus has. If this is our best shot then we have to make one more effort to sign him.

If we don't get him and we're still interested next season, pick him up on a free!

Strange one this, why would they keep reporting our bids, it seems to me they may be trying to drum up interest in him.

Ah, bless.

Upset that your captain doesn't love you anymore?

Never mind. Chin up, eh?
