While non joining in the really very amusing 'were loose' fun - This is a Derbyshire team that really won't trouble you too much, 2 more debutants in today's team, not the greatest of seasons, could be hideous.

Hatchett?

He bowled well in both innings against the Aussie's & as a left armer adds some variety. I like him as a CC bowler, not so convinced about him in one day stuff.

Barrel of Fun

Abort, retry, fail
Seven defeats and three draws for Derbyshire. Assuming the weather holds up, anything other than a convincing victory for Sussex should result in some serious questions over the ability of the team.

Sussex trying mighty hard for a TREBLE failure this season, they went a bit off track by topping the table but it looks things could be heading back on course now.

Lewis is still learning in the One Day format, he will get better trust me. Deserves his spot against Derbyshire these next four days, especially the way he bowled against the Convicts last week.

WTF! getting skittled out by bowlers who would struggle against my Sunday cricket side!!! Robbo, what the hell is going on?
From the Argus website...
"Oh dear. That's an awful shot from Brown. Had looked good up until then but he clipped Wayne Madsen's first ball straight to midwicket. He looks to the skies and so he should. Gave his wicket away against a part-time bowler. 189-6"
"That's only Madsen's second Championship wicket. His other came against Glamorgan in 2010! Of the 6 wkts to fall so far 5 have gone to bowlers with only 1 previous Championship wickets between them"
