Arundel was always a good festival. It would have been nice to have seen the 50 over games v Herts there recently. The ground does host various matches like A team and MCC stuff, but I don't know why Sussex have stopped the festival.I don't know why Sussex stopped playing at Arundel in particular, I think most people thought matches there were one of the highlights of the cricket season.
Durham (who obviously don't host a Hundred team because reasons) are playing a game up in Newcastle on Friday which I'm hoping to go to. I'll admit that the increased number of outground games is a benefit from the Hundred even if I think counties should be doing it anyway.
Ironically, Hampshire have played more Championship games there than us in recent years !
