What did he do?
He seemed to want to hold Sussex up, culminating in literally taking three different guards before Robinson’s first ball.

He was also the only player before play to refuse to sign an autograph for one of the old boys who asked as the players went back and forth up the steps to the pavilion.

10.1 W Robinson to Labuschagne, OUT
Robinson pins Labuschagne with his first ball to the Australian!

Marnus Labuschagne lbw b Robinson 1 (3b 0x4 0x6 2m) SR: 33.33

Glamorgan were inserted by Pujara... 25/2 (10.1 overs)
Lets hope that's a little Ashes preview. More of the same from Robinson this summer please.

Those are my thoughts exactly about the Sussex bowling attack without him.
Not so sure. Karvelas , McAndrew and fhp are a big upgrade on hunt, burrows, Atkins , Finn, crocombe , garton .

What a morning.

Couple of observations watching the squad doing drills during the lunch break - great to see Sarah Taylor still involved with the game, and Charlie Tear has what can only be described as a remarkable mane of hair

I've said it for four years, and don't get mocked so much now. Robinson is England's answer to Glen McGrath. He is as good as. To think they used to say he wasn't 'fast enough'. Good job the Aussies didn't think that of McGrath. Ollie was selected two years later than he should have been, due to the Old Boy's Club.

As for today, big centuries from the top order please, golden quack for Smith.

Line & length metronome, didn't do McGrath much harm did it?

A terrible shame we will have no Archer for the Ashes - or potentially forever?
