I watched a lot on computer this morning. No wonder not many attend with this live service. I may well have considered going to ground if it was not for this. Whilst appreciate cannot beat live sport surely this service keeps people away that now dont spend a penny. Cant understand what return is for the club
I'm not sure it will keep many away, but it will keep people more involved who wouldn't go or only occasionally. It's not a club thing, you can watch all counties games on the ECB website so it an attempt by them to drive interest. The ECB have been filming every game for years anyway to monitor to allow them to keep an eye on players
And going forward they can use it to assess if they can make money from charging for it. As others have said, I'd happily pay for it. Lewes FC already stream their games to Owners, though they cant do the majority of Men's as they're are Saturday 3pm
