The keeper's shirts were made by a different manufacturer (possibly still Bukta, and not Adidas) so had to have the logo covered up

This is true. I remember watching Mike Small playing for West Ham vs Liverpool on Match of the day not too long after.

Great photos and memories. That first batch brings back the memories for me. Dreadful dreadful kit with the shorts. I remember going to watch us play West Ham at Upton Park in an evening game in the Zenith Data Systems cup wearing that kit (quite a big crowd too for a crap cup) and the Hammers fans singing "we hate Tesco, and we hate Tesco, we are Tesco haters"......never felt so embarrased and to make matters worse, Mark Farrington was playing for us!

Great Pics, brings back good memories of the Goldstone days. What were we thinking about with striped shorts and if I remember rightly a very pink away kit!!!! Must have been our worst strips ever? Comments?

This TSB kit was the one the club gave me when I was a mascot. FYI, Dean Wilkins was who I picked as my favourite player and we lost 3-0 to Blackburn... One might argue I was not the best mascot but it was a superb day for me and the family.
