Really poor quality but a few of us with the players out in Portugal on the Albions pre-season tour in 1988. If anyone has the ability to improve this picture it would be much appreciated! I am the one in the Albion shirt at the end of the front row.

If i didn't know any different, i'd swear that my wife's aunt Carole is in that pic. I believe she worked for the club at the time so it's possible...

The technology exists, if you've got the original print or (preferably) the negative.

This is just from your upload, don't know how different/better/worse it will be after I upload it:

Incidentally, this one above is rather curiously printed on a tin sheet, like you'd get with your chicken chow mein from your Chinese takeaway....

(Thanks, by the way, to southasp for lending me all the images I've scanned for this thread)

Not meaning to be rude, so please don't take offence, but is the photo you scanned, and the scanner glass clean? It should be possible to improve it by scanning it again with a clean glass, and different settings, then applying some conditioning. The image you've uploaded does not seem to be ideal.

Funny game of British Bulldog, looks like one of them has just chucked a brick.
What's that bloke on the roof doing in the background?

Is that a svelte, pre glasses Terry the Trainspotter in the white t-shirt in the row above to the right?
