Shower (with lazy lob on). wander into kitchen clad in towel...what’s this I see in fridge? ‘‘Tis sweet and sour tikka chicken and sheek kebab leftover.

Should I stuff into micro? You decide.

Otherwise poached egg on granary toast dripping in butter and ground pepper.

Throw a couple of poached eggs on top of the re-heated kebab.
Oh, and throw the sweet and sour tikka in the bin

It is Father's Day here today and my youngest teddy took me to the local cafe for a buffet breakfast, all you can eat for $25.
I had a big plate full of the usual breakfast suspects, I know the owner who is Indian and he also had a load of Indian food in the buffet for people who come in later who don't want breakfast.
So the second platefull was 3 different curries with rice, samosas, popadoms and spicy condiments.
Breakfast and dinner all at once, still full at 6.30pm.
