been told to expect an interesting evening.
You might have to let Mrs Walker down - there could be lots of transfer activity keeping you busy.

Can she postpone to tomorrow night perhaps?

Worth noting that today is Deadline Day in the big 5 European Leagues.

But other leagues like Netherlands, Belgium, Turkey, Portugal, Austria, Romania have a few more days.

Foreign sales and loans not completed today doesn't mean they won't happen. Maybe relevant for the likes of Mazilu.

And it goes on and on with Billy as just watched a Sky Sports report from Napoli that they may stick with all the players they have - so Billy might be staying after all..

Yup, I also saw that. They also seemed to say we were happy for him to go 🤔

Why relevant for Mazilu? Why is it that overseas loans, apart from those that are stepping stone loans to enable players to come to us (often for work permit purposes) like Caicedo, Tau, Mitoma and others, always have to stay as overseas loans (and eventually disappear off our books).
Has anybody on an overseas loan moved from there to an EFL loan (apart from the botched attempt to get an EFL loan for Alzate)?

Mainly thinking that because after an unsuccessful spell in relegated Vitesse, his most likely destination is back to a top team in Romania, but perhaps cynical.

And yes, Gyokeres, Ostigard and Van Hecke all moved from overseas to EFL. Is Mazilu ready for EFL? Hard to know.

I don't want Gilmour to leave without a ready made CM starter coming in (and I include that Sheffield Untied youth in that). Hope Igor is off with someone left footed and pacey coming in for CB.
