You're just what they call a yo-yo dieter, which isn't good or healthy.

Fair play to you for getting on with losing the weight, but I think serious, healthy, long-term, sensible changes would get better results over a longer period of time ie the rest of your life!

Seriously it does work (went from 15st to 11st 9)

I just got a bad injury 8 months ago, put me out for about a month, i missed the gym (the buzz of it) soo much, i got back into to junk diet (take-aways, ready meals) i honestly didnt cook a meal for months. It was for that reason that i put the weight back on. But i won't go down that route again

Good for you. :clap: That's the key, as you know. Change the way you eat for life - and don't let bad times be an excuse to eat (and treat yourself) badly. I wish you all the very best with it - you sound really motivated so I'm sure you'll succeed.
