I am convinced it is as bad as it's ever been, and getting rapidly worse.
This is based on what I see on the road every day (2 1/2 hrs round trip); tailgating, lack of courtesy, aggressive and dangerous manouevres, hand gestures, swearing, excessive use of the horn, failure to indicate - the list is almost endless.
Basically people are increasingly driving more with their ego than their brain. Anticipation is a thing of the past.
The old joke used to be the further south you went in Europe, the worse the driving got. I think the Greeks would be quite at home on the streets of south London at the moment.
What say you all?
