Given thatSanchez, Karbownik, Connolly and Zeqiri are likely to leave permanently and loans for Rushworth, Morgan and Leonard seem imminent, I would think there's scope for 2 or maybe 3 more first team signings (depending upon the Caicedo saga outcome) and of course a few U18/21 additions

New contracts, for Leonard/ Rushworth , loans for both to Northampton, Swansea. Connolly sold to Hull. New Irish u18/21 signing .
Have updated all these in latest squad update in post #243. On my hols so too much of a faff to cut and paste ha ha
Not sure if anything else imminent. But loans for Turns, Sanchez in the air and obviously Undav. Club seeking moves also for Karbownik and Zeqiri.

And incoming - almost done but caicedo/colwill still messy and club still looking for (I think) a full back (see rumours about Rico Lewis) and another fwd. (Palmer / Kudus ? )

We had confirmation of the squad numbers around this time last year.
We’ve undergone a lot of change. It could be that only 15 players from the 29 man squad that begun last season make it into the 1st team squad for this season.

That email was sent on 6th August last year, the day before our opening game of the season. So we have probably got another 10-11 days to wait until we get the same email for this season.
6 of the 29 players named had left the club either permanently or on loan by the end of the transfer window a few weeks later.
I used to rate him a lot but I don’t think he wants to be a right back.
He didn’t do Southampton a lot of good last season either.
