Indeed. I suspect it was a very different place 250 years ago!

And yes, less than 60 tickets left in 421. The speed these are selling they really should just open the whole middle tier now, and arguably the whole lot.

Why are they playing these games?! Wasting everyone's time by checking/waiting. Crap options available at present!

Does anyone have an idea of how many we’ve sold so far and how many are left to be released? Waiting for Monday so I can buy tickets for a big group.

Almost certainly because Spurs will require payment for all blocks released, so we don't want to release blocks if we aren't likely to sell them all. It's hardly the first time this has happened. I don't understand the surprise. What I can agree with, why are they 'saving' the best block til last?

They always seem to do this, but I suspect blocks are released in the order the home club dictates, not us choosing which blocks to put up for sale first - will be governed by their ability to segregate concourse areas etc

I think we all understand why they do it this way. And yes I've no doubt Spurs don't want us selling the best block first because if we don't sell out they would rather sell these to their own fans. However the club must realise this is selling quick so faffing around like this is a bit stupid. They could at least release the rest of that middle tier.

My money is on them doing during the Palace game just to cheese off the regulars further :)

Its been on sale 3 hours and only 315 seats left, mainly 1s and 2s spread around apart from the extremities, and I want 7. Been to 7 aways already this season so know how it works, but this is quite a different situation to normal PL 3k allocations.

I think they can safely release more blocks!

Similar…I’m waiting because I need a few more than usual

Indeed and I like to think my post did the trick! :lolol:

Me too. In my simple mind, they are watching our every move.

And now even though I'm sorted I'm still refreshing the page. It's kind of addictive.

Booked 2 seats in block 422 at lunch time. As soon as I booked a load more blocks suddenly opened up. Wish I'd held off slightly as I'd have rather gone for one of the other blocks but my 11 year old is more than happy. Coach from Polegate booked too as I couldn't risk the faff with the trains back.

Currently state of play

Lower tier - 49 seats left, but one block still to open (about 500 seats)
Middle Tier - 432 left - no more blocks to open
Upper Tier - nothing open yet, 5 blocks to open, I'm guessing another 3,000-3,500 up there?
