[Misc] Spurs new stadium - will it be ready ??

I know some Sparks down here are travelling up to London for 4 days a week. £400 per day being paid at the moment as the contractor is losing loads of money every day it is not ready.

Yep announced a few days ago. But will it be ready for 6th April is what we care about. Do not want to do the Wembley thing again. Rubbish place to watch football when you dont have half the crowd.

We have a proud tradition of building projects that come in on time and budget in this country (not all, but it seems more prevalent than many other countries).

If I had to put money on it, I'd guess it will be on time.

I made a tongue-in-cheek comment about not getting a full pint on a YouTube video by the company who makes these machines, and got a very bemused response insisting that you can set the machine to fill at different volumes and is less wasteful than taps. Some people just don’t understand the visual appeal of a pint filled to the brim...

One criticism: they shouldn't have called the food area Market Place. It should have been Deli Alley.
