We've already paid for the transport as season ticket holders through the £50 tax so he can do one if he thinks we're paying more
Don't think there is anything that says the subsidy MUST cover the whole cost of travel, Seagulls Travel is subsidised but does not cover the whole cost of getting there.

Shirley that HAS to mean that, while the travel is subsidised 'heavily' by the club, the 'supporter contribution' will come out of the extra we have paid by way of season ticket price rises
Read it again, it covers the cost of a bus/train journey to the ground and return unless they are changing the words again
