Sharing and purchasing of tickets for the Albion has never been more complex as far as I can see. Yet it has never been more difficult to actually speak to someone at the ticket office . Unless there is a particular problem today ? If there is annyone reading this at the Albion can you please kill the chatbot and get some human beings to answer the phones ? It's called customer service and we - the customers - deserve it

If you want to actually have an 2 way exchange with the agents or a real person in the office. Then just type "Speak to agent" a couple of times and you'll end up speaking to someone. And then if that doesn't work - then they are, in my experience happy to call you if its a particularly tricky issue.

What happens when you dial 01273 668855 and select option 1 then?

Been trying that all day. Just get "Sorry, we're temporarily unavailable - please try later"

Always found the chat function really helpful. Just keep typing "HUMAN" and someone will answer it quickly enough, and then they are really helpful.

What is the issue you are having? It’s more than likely that someone on here will have a solution, or know how to do something, without you needing to speak to customer services.

Im a season ticket holder and sold my match ticket for tomorrow via the club site as I couldn’t go, but now can. A friend wants to transfer his to me via the site so all upfront and legit but it’s saying you have to be a myalbion+ member to have the ticket transferred.

So I gave to be a myalbion+ member ?

Is that right as we are both season ticket holders ?

The only practical solution to all of this is PotG,

But only if you can prove you've driven to Falmer in your own train. Or steam powered vehicle.

If you’re a STH and have offloaded (shared or sold) your ticket, you can’t have another ticket transferred to you. You have to buy one on the exchange.
