I was stuck this week but when I spoke to humans (or emailed) they were brilliant.Sharing and purchasing of tickets for the Albion has never been more complex as far as I can see. Yet it has never been more difficult to actually speak to someone at the ticket office . Unless there is a particular problem today ? If there is annyone reading this at the Albion can you please kill the chatbot and get some human beings to answer the phones ? It's called customer service and we - the customers - deserve it
