I'd be interested to know how this goes please. I've tried three times. Every time I've ended up with bullets that tasted far inferior to Heinz :shrug: If you're happy with yours, I'd be interested in the recipe.

On-topic: 66:34 Beef: pork mince, pancetta, white wine, full cream milk, bay leaf, oregano; simmer for at least 12 hours; leave at least 24 hours before eating to infuse.

Well the haricots took a lot more cooking than I expected to get the right bite. It was 12 hours soaking, 1 hour simmering in water then about 20-30 mins simmering in the sauce. So maybe I need to soak longer. Cooked for so long some haricots split and some “skins” came off. But it went down really well with the family and they had good flavour / texture so might give it another go.
