There. I've said it.

I expect I'll get a lot of abuse for this, as I know I've got a reputation for being negative.

But i'd like to think that at matches, I'm quite reasonable.

So I cannot understand why some people decide to act like massive tools at games, screaming insults at players for no reason.

Some of the pricks in H block today were just embarrassing. Firstly they were abusing Murray every time he had a bad touch, or even once when he was slow to get back to the halfway line after shutting down their keeper! Yet when he scored they were singing his name. Cretins.

Then, when we were playing some BRILLIANT passing in the second half, they insisted on preaching bollocks about us not being alert or switched on. Shouting "Wake up Brighton" and "f***ing sort it out" as if we were some Sunday league team - er, if we give the ball away after 20 odd passes, it doesn't warrant abuse. Yes, go mad when our keeper makes a cock-up, that's fine. But don't shout down every little mistake. We're not 1970 Brazil!!!

Yeah, call me a hypocrite if you like - but I don't pay my money to moan at the matches, I pay to watch the football. However, some people are genuine dick heads, who really need to either a) f*** off, or at the very least b) shut the hell up, so the rest of us can enjoy what was a bloody good performance until the 90th minute.

That was one gobby 17 year old near the top, and occasionally his mates. End of thread?

I thought the general feeling from the crowd today was good, appreciated the passing style and was just frustrated that one mistake costs us the three points. Then I came on here....

Drive by abusing
I get more annoyed by the idiots who sit there just moaning between themselves. Come to Withdean & show a bit of passion rather than sit there reading the premiershit scores out to your mates.

What do you expect from sitting in H block?

Its the same everywhere. Im in F and the grief Murray was getting from the bloke in front of me, completely unjustified every time he opened his mouth, was unbelievable.

Quite enjoying your new tactics this season i.e. 'I dont moan myself but...' then leading other posters by the hand into saying what you'd dearly love to say yourself. Still, must make for a more agreeable evening on NSC for yourself eh?

H Block were the only part of the ground today trying to create an atmosphere, you might of heard individual comments due to the FACT that the ground was so quiet.

it wasn't just one fan. It was lots of them. Moaning at murray, moaning at Kishishev. It was a joke at times. It's like everyone who hasn't been since 2005 turned up again today expecting us to piss it. Knobs.

I don't get to matches very often but I was in H block today. I agree that some people there were giving players completly unnecessary grief for doing nothing wrong. There was the person shouting at el-abd that he was useless when he was only warming up- what is the point in that?
I also agree it was only a small minority and that generally there was a really good atmosphere in there today.
