[Albion] Solly March, local lad and Premier League star, is f***ing brilliant

Nothing’s changed from last week, Solly doesn’t score EPL goals, lacking that rare confidence/composure in the moment.

Instead, he’s simply a quality team player and defender, in the greatest ever Albion first eleven.

Loved by Amex crowds, his chant sung by the masses, the Sussex lad is adored.

What's the point of being on here? I have 2 posters on my ignore list from about 20 years of being on here.

Let me guess - you like you "safe spaces" where you can't hear people that you don't agree with.

Some of those people on that list are IMO reasonable posters. I think this says more about you than them actually. (No doubt I'll join them them - badge of honour).

Don't care how well he plays otherwise. Pointless having a man on there who can't deliver a corner beyond the first man and will never put the ball in the net. The fans and the rest of the team deserve better.

Prove me wrong sully!

His misses are beyond frustrating. Especially as he often creates those chances himself. But it's not a big enough problem co.pared to how well he plays. Consistently wins his battles, is an excellent outball and maintains possession, gets the team forward when they are under pressure, links well with Veltman and Gross. All these things are end products. They just aren't goals. Got a good ovation when he went off today and rightly so.

Good grief. That’s the worst post/fishing post I’ve seen so far this season.

Lady Seagull's on his little list and she's helped dozens of NSCers with their parking fines in her spare time:facepalm:

I was going to come on here and note how they had the railings out for the brighton train queue a lot further than normal causing leading to a reduction in space for the thousands who walk toward the bridge car park/moulsecoomb, which led to the crowd coming to a delayed stand still due to the bottlenecking, exacerbated by the standard flow of people walking back because they didn't realise they needed to join the queue.

But figured if I posted that I would just get a lot of people accusing me of moaning for the sake of it, having to bring up a negative when we'd just beaten our unbeaten start to the season, unbeaten league run, and got a deserved win.

Back to the subject in hand, we all pay our money into the club we love and should be able to post our opinions without being pilloried.
However, we're in second spot and that is amazing when you think of how far we've come in recent years, so probably best to focus on that.

Come back to me when he scores from one of his gilt-edged chances
So if Solly plays all season, and doesn't score, but we finish top 4, you'll still be spouting this nonsense?

Is what I do when he gets on the ball, because I know he wont do anything with it. :flounce:
So when his shot against Utd was parried by De Gea for Gross to score, you yawned? Are you a Man U fan?

Almost certainly? We could win the league with a better player in his place!
