Monday is massive. Beat palace and the feel good factor alone will propel us to safety. Lose, and the club and NSC will be on a massive downer.

Can you imagine the number of managerial changes, players binned after one iffy game and the millions spunked on player gambles if NSC ran the club? I suggest we’d be out of business by now and reforming as a pub team in Preston Park.

Yes, Fulham have improved but they still struggle to score and quite frankly yesterday against Sheff Utd, other than Lookman's goal, really did not look any better. Their one saving grace of late was the excellent win at inconsistent Everton, admittedly, but with their run of games coming up, they still have it all to do. I would, however, prefer to see them stay up than Newcastle, but the problem with wanting Fulham to garner more points is that they also get closer to us. As with most on here, I don't think we will go down, but it not a guarantee, as, to coin a phrase, it is a funny ole game.

I want it to be Burnley or Newcastle but think it will be Fulham.

What do we think the stay up target is? They always say the target is forty points but the reality it is mid to low thirties.

While Fulham are struggling for goals they currently don't concede many, I can see them staying up they out battled Burnley and Sheffield United so clearly have a good spirit. Burnley are a bit all or nothing but Newcastle currently look weak and have no one up front. We are on a good run which hopefully will continue, three wins should do the trick, let's start on Monday and get Palace into the relegation picture.

Despite Steve Bruce's experience they are a poor side and I think will go, shame Newcastle is a great away day but Fulham is easier to get to.

I am staggered, utterly befuddled, that any Brighton fan would genuinely think that we are the most likely side to get relegated with WBA and SU this season.

Currently 12 people who appear to genuinely think, despite our game in hand, our points advantage and the relative form of these sides, that we will go down this season.

It explains a huge amount about the context of some of the utter miserablism that gets posted by some on here.

Despite their poor form, feel Newcastle will be too good to go down and never know if they fall into bottom 3 Ashley may get rid of Bruce which would give they a boost.
Fulham have picked up points playing poor and more because the other side has been poor. Can’t see that continuing with their fixtures coming up, so for me it’s Fulham to take the 3rd slot

Fulham for me. Newcastle have this ability to conjure a result from seemingly nowhere, and if they have their A Team when the pressure is on i fancy the likes of Wilson, Fraser and the rest of Dads Army will see them home.

Fulham are Lookman plus a decent defence, but if the opposition do their homework on Lookman then Fulham could struggle.
