Time is what any new manager needs, give him at least a season and evaluate then - the constant "We are shit", "Al Abd is shit", "Kuipers back in goal" are easy to make.

When you grow up a little you will realise that anyone needs time to get their ideas and style through, and where possible players - regardless if they are Alex Ferguson or Gus Poyet.

Give him a break and get back to your Nintendo DS or whatever you teenagers do in your spare time.
