The Lib Dems could well rebrand themselves, and use this to take back vote share.i wonder if we'll see a rise of a pro-EU political party (an anti-ukip)
Good for her , the SNP's figures didnt work with brent north of $100 a barrel, good luck with it at $49 a barrel.Scotland's first minister has said a second independence referendum is "highly likely" after the UK voted to leave the EU.
Nicola Sturgeon said it was "democratically unacceptable" that Scotland faced the prospect of being taken out of the EU against its will.
She said the Scottish government would begin preparing legislation to enable another independence vote.
Yes, but we're ineligible to win.Can we still by Euromillions lottery tickets ?
If the SNP with 54 of the 59 Scottish MPs can convince Scots that the goalposts have now moved sufficiently, then it will be granted - and rightly so.
She can convince them all she likes. Doesn't mean one will happen if whoever if PM refuses it. Personally I think she will sit on it. She has an opportunity to make it very hard when negotiations come to the table about us leaving the EU as the Scotiah Parliment will have to be included. At this point if she creates a big fuss about Scotland being stung on the UK leaving the EU and Scotland being better off in it ect she is likely to be able to get the swing she needs for an independent Scotland and we are more likely to grant them another referendum just so it makes our exit all the easier
Yes, but we're ineligible to win.
No it won't. They had a chance and voted to remain part of the UK. Best they can hope for now would be to ask for another one in light of this. This does not have to be accepted. Even if it did happen and the had a referendum and they left there are no guarantees they would be accepted into the EU as an independent country.
The UK of England and Wales will go on. Anything more is less certain.
If it wasn't for bloody Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club, I'd move somewhere else. The south of France would have been lovely.

Certainly less keen on one day returning to the UK after this. Just astounded tbh
