... after such an appalling underhand train crash of a season. Bizarre.

The fact they're on here instead of celebrating with their own speaks volumes for an underhand admiration. It's certainly a back-handed compliment.

Meanwhile, I'm going to return to my mild indifference to their survival.

Agreed it's pretty sad really. Would have been fun having them in L1 next season but not really fussed about it either way.

Gloating about staying in the Championship is a bit weird, the fact that their club cheated and are in a financial mess should be enough for them to leave well alone. Coming onto the board of a club that is in a MUCH MUCH healthier position all be it in L1 is tragic really. If I had my way I would have teams automatically relegated for going into admin as they are cheats.

Indeed, but it's a tiny little victory for the plucky twats isn't it? It doesn't change the fact that they're playing in a shithole they don't even own, without a pot to piss in, and a crap manager and the likelihood of any half decent players being sold off. All the while, we're on the board the Gus Bus, a year from one of the best medium sized stadiums in the country and bankrolled by a billionaire owner.

These Palace tossers won't be here this time next year, mark my words.

Well done Palace, despite cheating, you just managed to finish a place above the drop zone. I bet they'll be dancing in the streets of Croydon tonight.
