Snow?

Next you will be calling of the REMF game :lol:

I did that once - when Withdean got waterlogged in a torrential downpour.

I went down to Withdean with some laminated posters, saying "GAME OFF", and put them up at the main entrances.

They were still there the following week when the next Albion game was played.

Near the top road in North Southwick off Whitelot Way, it is about 200 feet up and that can make a big difference. Its 9 centremetres deep here and the temp is 0C , it is easing off now and is brighter. I think there will be a thaw with a max of around 3C but going to 0C tonight so there will still be some stuff around by tomorrow morning.

Way out west
...also that the range of hills to the north of the coast is the Alps, when I grew up in Sussex we referred to them as the South Downs...how times have changed since I left.

Had to leave the thick snowy climes of Hedge End at 9am to head off to Eastleigh for a game of kids football where the snow fall was absolutely ZILCH! Now the bloody sun has come out and we cant make an even bigger snowman than Hiney

Worthing has more snow than for ages. Snowman built, snowball fighting to continue, and fab game of snow football with the neighbours. Marvellous scenes. Just heading North to take the dogs for a walk now. Do I need a snow plough?
I've just seen a friend from Worthing's snow pics and they were impressive, loads of thick fluffy snow.

In London village.
Snowtastic scenes in Lewes. Slightly concerned about Southern's ability to provide a train back to London village...
