Quality answer. Thats the one I get if i ask the IT guys anything at work. Turn it on and turn it on again. anything past that and their screwed.
It's a standard reply on here so I can't take any credit. In all seriousness my Internet was really slow a couple of months ago, I tracked the problem down to a large heavy table sitting on top of the Ethernet cable and squashing it thus restricting the flow of data through it. Soon as I lifted it off it was back up to speed.
