I can't agree. This is a FANS message board. We know players come on here and unless they are Ronaldo or Henry they can't expect every post to be positive about their skills and thier value to the team. Whilst I appreciate that pointing out say El abd's distribution is shit and his lack of thought on a football pitch abysmal could be counter productive to his confidence levels if he read it, it wouldn't stop me posting it.

Fans opinions on players vary. Here is a good a place as any to air them as opposed to abuse at Withdean which would be much more detrimental.

I didn't read the title of the thread properly and was commenting on abuse at the match which is surely always counter-productive.

The players are fair game on here and must know that. Thay just have to accept it or not come on here.

On the other hand we all have differing opinions so in the case of most players, they will find positive as well as negative comments about them.
