No, one win justifies not firing him until at least after the next game. If the reason you're firing someone is that they can't turn it around and get you out of the relegation zone, moving up the table and sending you on a successful run, you don't do it after he has won, because that could be the one that is the start of the run that leads to him doing what you want him to.
