It was certainly a ruthless cull by Slade but it was needed and he gets my support for doing it, Unfortunately we were carrying too many average players and not enough good one's and I get the feeling next season we will see a smaller squad with a lot more quality.

You serious? You follow me around on here and quote me all the time because I doubted the rubbish being spouted by some drunken prat?! Does that not seem really petty to you? Just, in general?!

Honestly pal, get a life!

Get a life? Coming from somebody that is permanetly on here.

Not talking about the thread recently on here about the chap that could not get into the Stockport game.

I am referring to a thread a while back where people were saying that they had had issues with the stewards at the entrance and you said they were making it up (sadly the search function is down). Still deny it all.

Oh and you keep trying to pass your misguided opinion off as fact.

So what player off FM do you think we should sign next?

No, I know which match you're talking about. And I don't deny anything, from what they said, it sounded to me like they were talking rubbish, I still say that. I don't believe the stewarding at the Withdean to be bad in the slightest, that's my opinion and it's based on 12 years of going there regularly, so I think it's pretty reliable.

I don't ever claim my opinions are facts, you just read my posts that way because of immature little problem with me, which I still don't understand. But, I'm done with it now, so I won't be replying to you again pal.

So you accused those explaining the run in's they had as liars?

Stewarding which cost me the game on sat. - North Stand Chat

Best bit of the incident I had with the steward at the gate was the game he claimed to throw me out of, I was not even in the country for.

Seems like it to me.

I guess this know it all opinion comes from too much time in your room on your own.

Still you will reply, because you are another that craves the attention.

After the incredible decision to release Doug Loft, do we still consider him to be a hero?! Letting Sullivan and Hinshelwood go are dodgy decisions aswell in my opinion. :( I thought he was the perfect man!

Sadly this is a cull we have been needing for a while. I think we will have a much more streamlined squad next season and hopefully will go for quality in the summer. I understand your point about Sullivan as I think he has potential but Slade obviously thinks he can do better. Loft and Hinsh sadly were not quite top six material. If only Hinsh had not had the injuries he could have been a top Championship player as he had a fantastic season before being injured in our survival season.

When we sign a goalkeeper and left winger from non league and centre half from the Irish league I might agree with you but in the meantime I am excited. If Dicker is anything to go by, Slade is a great judge of players and hopefully his summer signings will be as good.

Both Slade and Knight have said that the club have to be playing in a higher division by the time that Falmer is delivered. You need to clear away the dead wood before you can plant new trees.

Brighton factually.....
SLADE a hero still ?....YES......................But hold on this sounds familiar !!

GRITT a hero ?......YES..........................yet he was gone half way through the next season....!!

Time will tell...the signs are good, but we do have a hasty board, with an ambition that maybe unrealistic on the shoe string budget which our circumstances predict. We are all in it for the long haul, and have seen managers come and go due to constraints in the transfer market. What makes us think this time will be different ? I will be happy with a slow build,if its right and we should allow time for russell to build his team on a LIMITED budget............WE MUST NOT CALL FOR HIS HEAD IN OCT if things aint going right.............AT LEAST GIVE HIM UNTIL NOVEMBER !!
