Where were you, where were you, where were you when he was shit?
Do come over and let NSC know when it's happening

If you can't avoid heathrow, it's not too big a deal. The tube (picadilly line) runs from heathrow, change to the victoria line at green park, to get to victoria. (or get out at green park and walk to victoria, it's about 10-15 minute walk). Or go to gloucester road and change to the district line to victoria. 45-55 minute journey time.
Oh no, no, no, no, no Acker -
Heathrow express to Paddington - then Bakerloo to oxford circus - victoria. 45 minutes quicker I would say.
Pay quite a bit more -but what price when you've spent 500 quid on a flight,.
Conversely, having sepent the quivalent of £500 or so for the flight ticket, why spend any more money than you need to? National Express run a reliable coach service at approx 2 hourly intervals direct from the Heathrow Termini direct to Brighton.for considerably less than the price of the train. That way as well, the OP can keep his luggage with him, and not have to worry about changing in London enroute.
Everyone also seems to be assuming that he is flying from New York. Do we definately know that to be the case? There are also non stop services from many other points in the USA, (Norwegian especially have a very good network).
Start a crowd funding plea like our (now disappeared?) New York singing fan? We will expect some karaoke style Albion related songs posted on NSC as payment though
...I'd like to be in a raucous joyous stadium.
Surely someone will offer to put him up for the weekend
Hi friends,
As some of you know I've been lurking here for a while now, ever since Alireza joined I got into Brighton football and this became my team.
I follow fervently and am so excited to be a BHA supporter.
Even wear BHA items on in-week game days (I live in the US) and some of my coworkers think I'm crazy.
I was considering coming over to catch a game at the Amex, and wondering what you think of this idea. Is it hard to get from London (I'm assuming it'd be Heathrow) to Brighton? I'd like to come to a home game where we have a better chance at winning, so maybe Newcastle at the end or something, not against the big 6 even though they have the "flashier" names, I'd like to be in a raucous joyous stadium.
All this being said, is this crazy and is it going to be harder than it sounds to fly in say 1-2 days before and come down to Brighton, spend a few nights in a hotel to catch the game? I just don't know what to expect and the internet including tripadvisor is strangely not as helpful as I thought.
Thanks all again for your excellent advice and offers.
I am new to EPL so my apologies for this silly question. Now that BHA are out of Carabao Cup and FA Cup, are there any other cups that might change the PL schedule for Brighton? Can I assume that games against opponents that are similarly knocked out of both will be held on the days they are currently scheduled for?
Thanks.

Try the air b&b link above, the accomodation is owned by a BHAFC supporter and is in an excellent location
