Yea untill about 60 odd porkers got busted for it, dont know about convictions though. But I did know one of them.

I don't mean this to be controversial, but part of me is starting to thing that the"institutional racism" tag was a bit convenient for the local police in retrospect.

Well, Plumstead nick's always in the news for some act of lunacy. We had demonstrations not too long ago round here because an innocent man from an ethnic minority had fallen to his death from his flat window.

I don't really know what happened, but I know that allegations were made that the police had raided his flat for drugs by mistake - they should've been next door - and that they'd pushed him.

The police then went on TV and aired - without first asking permission from his family - a video they'd got of him falling to his death to 'prove' no copper had pushed him. Not a good way of going about things. Plumstead nick is renowned for its incompetence, no surprises, then, that they're part of the Stephen Lawrence cock-up, too.
