No way - based in Norwich (the rebranding of Norwich Union) and shirt sponsors of the canaries.

theres nothing to stop a company sponsoring two teams. see 188 bet (Bolton and Wigan) and FXPro (Villa and Fulham).

not that i think its likly.

I don't think Amex would be too happy about another Financial Services firm on their territory?

different markets though, Amex insurance is based around travel for cardholders.

I was at the club shop not so long back and was looking at maybe buying a coat mainly for winter match days and I saw some with no sponsor logo. I asked the fella in the shop why it had nothing on it, and was told that there is a new sponsor next season. Although he couldn't reveal who.

We are also having a new logo, so don't buy anything until next season's range is out

On a similar note, does anyone know if L&G will maintain any sort of sponsorship when we move? If so, I can't see Aviva being on board. L&G and NU under the same roof would be like us having shirts sponsored by Mastercard.

They could be he 2nd sponsor to replace Donatellos. Or just advertising the jobs at the stadium and have got some sort of sponsorship deal in return?

Sadly, this does appear to be true. I have heard it from too many different sources for it not to be true.

Don't forget they currently have two large boards at Withdean.

Frankly the sponsor is becoming more ironic each time:

NOBO - SKINT - JOB AGENCY!

No L&G are ending their association with the Albion unfortuntely which is a shame as we've collected loads of money for the Teenage Cancer Trust at l&g family days.

Someone also mentioned that we can't be sponsored by Aviva because they sponsor Norwich which is rubbish. Sponsors can sponsor more than 1 team as Carling did with Rangers & Celtic.

What's the going rate for Championship shirt sponsorship these days? Would a Brighton based recruitment firm have the dosh? I hope the club is getting cash up front.

That's what I thought, especially as they were only launched around September time last year.

I like the logo.

And HONESTLY what did people expect? If they pay the dosh then they can have the space. We're not a global brand, it's always going to be a local company for the time being.
