No he isn't - and no he isn't. Seamus Coleman beats him on both counts.

In my view Duffy isn't even the best Irish central defender - I rate John Egan more highly.

Gary Breen must have a pretty high regard for the quality of the Irish team or an incredibly low opinion of the Scottish league.
