Though the report stated at the end that there were subs operational and available but could not be confirmed where they are by the MOD....to this end can the report be strictly true?

Besides don't confuse these subs with the 4 Vanguard Class that provide our Nuclear Deterrent.

But that is exactly what the uninformed reactionary types do.... the MOD never gives out details ofsensative operational detail.... especially about our nuclear deterrent. We always have one at sea.

Nuclear powered subs are a different category of course.
