I should imagine Eastbourne Borough (and other BS premiership clubs) are cacking themselves. They have already invested heavily for next season by their standards and no doubt Setanta income would have been in their budget. Anyone know how much it's worth to clubs in this league?
Reading through Digital Spy, it appears Setanta Sports and it's channels will be gone from midnight

A minumum of £70k
£8k for a home game on telly, £3k for an away game on telly - at least 2 live games a season per club.
I would have thought smaller teams like Eastbourne and Histon will be hit HARD.

Well, I will miss Setanta, used to get it free with my Virgin media package. Liked the IPL, aussie rugby league and the boxing, as well as the footy. Not quite sure why anyone, other than Sky, should be celebrating it's demise.
I got it free as well. Will virgin offer anything to replace it?
