It is nothing to do with service....its all about bandwidth.

if your having issues you have some services, app, or update, pulling something from somewhere on the internet in the background.

I can assure that it is nothing to do with bandwidth - the bandwidth I get here is rubbish, and yet most games Player is not bad.

Then bring it in house. They are not keeping up their side of the contract so cancel it.

So the question is, what can be done by the club to ensure that the fans unable to get to the game can still enjoy listening to the game, almost trouble free, in the future ?

Disgraceful, if they cannot provide a service for the full match a refund should be issued. In any other line of business you cannot charge for something and fail to provide that service

The club have been saying this for ages. Time to come up with an alternative perhaps?

I think we need to bear in mind that this is outside of the club's control. Frustrating it is, but ranting at the club's PR person ain't going to help much - he himself just described the service as shambolic.

100% incompetence isn't an excuse. Every subscriber to this crap service should receive a full refund. There must be something seriously wrong if you are paying for a service not fit for purpose. At least Dick Turpin wore a mask!

All the time there are fools paying out for a substandard service, I expect this to continue.

If everyone cancelled their subscription, then there would be no bonus money to be had from selling the commentary on and the BBC could then just broadcast over the internet like their normal radio digital service.

Stop paying for shit - vote with your feet ....
