The issue we have is resetting the feed, meaning you lose everything, certainly for a short period and possibly for a long period, as we had at Wigan.

PrOblem been happening since 14:45 pm . Could of been done HT .

How about in future establish feed , then reset . Or at minimum apologise on air and keep the comms high .

This is happening all the time for a paid service

No such thing as checks before going 'live'? The issues are the same for EVERY game not just today and for the game at Wigan

Who is "we" though? Can you get a specialist to pin-point where the issue lies?

It isn't that simple. When we logged on pre-match it wasn't dropping. If it gets reset at BBC Studios in Surrey and last time we did that it went completely (as those listening to the Wigan game will recall). What is bizarre is that it has worked perfectly for the last three games, after we went through tests and various conversations with the BBC and Perform - and now all of a sudden it isn't working again.

It's about time the club took control of this and the website, neither of which are currently fit for purpose, as both are poor PR for them.
